Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Discounts available for long lets of 4 weeks or more.
Changeover day
Changeover days are prefered on a Friday/Saturday especially in high season. We will try to be flexible where possible.
Booking notes
Bookings can be taken by telephone, email or fax.
A 20% booking fee is required to confirm your booking.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Keys will be sent to you.
On departure A charge for cleaning will be made.
The house will be fully heated for the winter months.
All linen and towels are provided but please bring along your own beach/pool towels.
Cots/stairgates/highchairs/toys etc., are available for a small charge, please enquire for more details.
