The villa boasts a 26'x14' screened, solar heated pool with large deck area and covered "lanai" section. There are 4 luxury loungers, a table, chairs and poolside bar. A barbeque can also be found out here. This is the perfect place to cool down after a day in the parks.

The villa has 2 lounge/living areas. Perfect for dividing children and adults. In the main lounge you will find a modern 25" Cable TV, DVD, VCR, books, a Playstation 2 including games, board games & films. Patio doors lead out to pool. In the 2nd lounge there is a double sleeper sofa, Cable TV & music system. Here you may relax, read, or maybe listen to your favorite music.
A Cot/Crib & High Chair can be provided, free of charge at your request.
No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted outside/pool area.
