Here, you are literally a few minutes from everything - H-192, I-4, Walmart, Publix, Reunion, Grandview Parking Shopping, Target, JC Penney, Champions Gate, etc - but still have the peace and quiet of a lovely, well-maintained community. Disney is less than 15 minutes away with Seaworld and Universal just further off the I4.
Many golf courses are situated nearby and Lake Davenport itself offers the chance for fishing and boating.
The Palms, although conveniently close to shops and restaurants on the 192 still retains a quiet and peaceful charm.
