The house is called a bungalow in Spain as the upstairs bedroom is accessed by stairs on the outside of the building from the back yard. It is situated in a small development of private houses mainly owned by Spanish. The whole property is simply but comfortably furnished and comprises a lounge with three-piece suite, a dining area and American style kitchen and breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs with air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main living space. There is a TV with integral DVD player and Spanish TV channels. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. An iron and ironing board are provided, as is a washing machine. There is a gas barbecue in the back yard.
There is ample space on the south facing front porch and patio area and a large wind-out awning to give extra shade. An outside table and four chairs are provided with extra chairs upstairs. Beach chairs and umbrella are also included for your use.
The upstairs accommodation comprises an air conditioned third bedroom with two single beds and an on-suite shower, sink and toilet, plus a “solarium” sun terrace where sun loungers and another sunshade awning are available for use.
The property has access to a large swimming pool that is only shared between 22 houses. The beach is just 12 minutes walk away.
Rates:
Prices are for up to 4 people. A supplement of £25 per additional person must be added for the 5th and 6th person.

Ø May, June & Sept - £300 per week
Ø Mar, Apr, Oct & Nov - £250 per week
Ø Jan, Feb & Dec - £200 per week
We can give advice on flights and car rental in the area and information about the region. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday in peak season but can be negotiable out of season.
