Inside Casa Alexander:
-Casa Alexander is very spacious and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There is a new high quality kitchen with stainless steel fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The large sitting room is equipped with quality rustic oak furniture, TV, DVD, CD player and leather sofas. The dining area is within this open plan space and seats 6
Upstairs there is a master bedroom and second bathroom. This level has a very large sun terrace with loungers which circles the house to allow sunbathing at all times of the day. From here you have fabulous views to white sand beaches and Lanzarote.
Both bathrooms have a full bath and shower, WC and bidet. They are decorated in modern mosaic tiles. All bedrooms have sturdy wrought iron beds and large fitted wardrobes in dark oak.
Gardens and terraces:
-Outside offers several areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine. There is a sunny patio and shaded dinning area (seats 10) for al fresco eating. The front garden has a private swimming pool for sole use of guests and a sunbathing patio. With its big bay windows and large balcony, this house is an outstandingly sunny place.
There is also off-street parking. The setting here is peaceful and secure.
Additional info:
-The owners have young children and as such the villa is ideally suited to families with children. The villa is equipped with toys, body surf boards, beach games, books and DVDs etc.
For surfers, there is an outdoor store room, and a tap and hosepipe area at the front door for washing down sandy kit.
Clean towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned once a week and towels and linen are changed at this time. Beach towels are also provided. We have a local representative who will contact you during your stay and can offer advice.
Cot and high chair are available.
Airport pick up is available.
