Fuerteventura is the least developed of the Canary Islands with miles of uncrowded white sand beaches. It is known as the Caribbean of the Canaries. The climate is regulated by the sea and average annual temperature is 20.16C (with relatively little difference between the seasons) so it never gets too hot. It has, however, kept its "spanishness" with a main colourful street, a lively music square and a pedestrian beachside area where you can dine overlooking the sea. Night life is generally low key with two discos.
