Our sparkling 30 by 15 foot pool and jacuzzi/spa is south facing and heatable,this together with an oversize pool deck with comfortable pool furniture and a hot/cold poolside shower,there is also a covered lanai if that sun is too hot for you.
Our double storey air conditioned home is on an extra large corner lot,the south facing pool and spa is ideal for all day sun,if it gets too hot there is a covered lanai area to coold down with an ice cold beer.Our pool is surrounded by palm trees and exotic shrubs making it very private on top of this there is no one behind us as you often get.
Inside all rooms are air conditioned,on the top floor we have two Queen masters and a twin bedroom all have ceiling fans,curtains and designer bedding.One the ground floor we have our King Master suite with its huge american king size 4 poster bed with pillow top matress,the large ensuite has twin vanities,corner bath,wc and large walk in shower,this bathroom has direct pool access.Next dor is our themed bedroom which also has a full size cot,opposite this is another bathroom.Our last bedroom is a lovely light twin with soaring ceilings.
The front loungs has a 60 inch home cinema tv with dvd,comfortable sofas and a formal dining area,at the back of the house is the family room with more comfortable seating,flat screen tv,this room is next to the full size kitchen and dining nook.
There is also a full size utility room with washing machine,dryer,iron and ironing board leading from this is our large games room with 8 foot slate pool table,air hockey,electronic darts,x box and tv plus a selection of board games.
All our guests love our home and many want to rebook again,the others don't want to go home.
